Requests are accepted from 09:00 to 14:00. If a request is accepted later,
the courier may arrive on the request day or the next day.

The courier waits no more than 10 minutes for the client to hand over the shipment.

The courier has the right to inspect the contents of a shipment if it raises doubts.

Waybills are filled in by the sender. Filling in the waybill by the courier is prohibited!

The packaging must match the nature of the contents: fragile shipments or shipments requiring
special transportation conditions must be reported when placing the request.

Courier arrival time is from 09:00 to 18:00.

When placing a request for cargo transportation across Kazakhstan, it is mandatory to inform
the operator about the nature of the shipment and packaging, since there is a list of cargo
prohibited for shipment across Kazakhstan. This list is available at www.spdex.kz.

The waybill must contain correct recipient data, and the phone number is mandatory.
